Physical Education Class

As part of our B.Ed curriculum,during the teaching practice ,we have conducted a Physical Education Class for Class 8th and 9th students in the school ground. We prepared separate lesson plan for the class. Boys and Girls form both classes participated in the class.The class strted with simple warm up lessons and ended with major exercises and relaxation techniques.
